Quality Policy - Genovesi Construction

The Genovesi Construction has created a system of quality management in accordance with the requirements of UNI EN ISO 9001 edition. 2000 (by adjusting its quality system certified UNI EN ISO 9002 edition. 1994) tested and found compliant by SGS International Certification Srl Italy - sede operativa di Livorno with certificate No IT99/0028, 02/02/1999 first release, last release 12/12/2003.

The Management has taken this decision with the aim of meeting, so virtuously growing needs of customers, shareholders, employees and the entire environment, in which the Company operates.

The Directorate is striving to ensure that the policy is understood, implemented and supported at all levels of your organization. Also sets out the objectives and commitments for the quality consistent with the policy and so they are measurable and related to a specific timeframe.

The Management System for Quality of GC is applied to the activities: "Design, construction and renovation of residential and industrial buildings. Work on the ground. Construction and maintenance of drains. "

The commitment of the Directorate of GC is to ensure the consistency of the level of activity mentioned above and improve continuously their business processes:

The policy for the quality of the GC is based on the principle that each company must:

• c) - to identify and eliminate any cause of error or waste of resources in the processes and business practices;
• d) - understand the needs and expectations of Customers / Clients, both in terms of quality and results;
• e) - operate in compliance with applicable laws.

All jobs entrusted to outside, which may influence the product conformity to the requirements (working under contract) are controlled by the mode with the defined procedures.

The Directorate ensures that the policy of quality:

• a) - is appropriate to the aims of the GC;
• b) - is considerate of the fulfillment of the requirements and to continual improvement of system of quality management;
• c) - provides a structural framework for defining and reviewing quality objectives;
• d) - is communicated and understood within the GC;
• e) - is reviewed to determine the continued suitability.
